Notice on Collection of Leading Technology Achievements for China International Big Data Industry Expo 2024

To all parties concerned:
To unveil the latest global achievements in big data, showcase the influence and innovation power of big data, highlight the wisdom and contributions of big data professionals, and build a world-class platform for innovation exchange and display, the China International Big Data Industry Expo 2024 (Big Data Expo 2024) will present a series of events ("events") for the release of Leading Technology Achievements in big data. We hereby issue a notice as follows concerning the collection of Leading Technology Achievements.

Ⅰ Content for Collection
(i) Collection of Leading Technology Achievements
Targets: Entities from around the world, including companies, universities, research institutions, industry organizations, etc.
Content: Significant scientific discoveries and major theoretical achievements in fields such as AI large models, big data, blockchain, cloud computing, 5G, Internet, IoT and data security; the most cutting-edge and revolutionary technological achievements.
(ii) Collection of Corporate Self-release Achievements
Targets: Leading companies in big data
Content: Comprehensive achievements that harness cutting-edge technologies to deliver substantial impact and economic benefits in fields such as big data, AI, blockchain, cloud computing, 5G, Internet, IoT and data security.

Time: Late August 2024 (tentative)
Location: Guanshanhu District, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province

III Process of Collection
(i) How to submit

Contributors are required to fill out and submit their application materials in the "Big Data Expo Release" module of the "Technology Cloud" section on the GSY platform. Please access the platform via the following URL:

(ii) Submission requirements
a. Leading Technology Achievements: An applicant may submit multiple achievements, but each must be submitted under a single category. Required documentation: In addition to basic information, the applicant should provide the following documentation (including but not limited to):
(a) A detailed description of the achievement(s);
(b) Documentation affirming the ownership of intellectual property;
(c) Third-party appraisal reports, technological novelty search reports, media reports, and other documentation substantiating the authenticity and advancement of the achievement(s);
(d) Evidence substantiating the economic and societal benefits achieved or expected to be achieved from the achievement(s).
b. Corporate Self-release Achievements: In addition to basic information, an applicant should provide the following documentation (including but not limited to):
(a) A detailed description of the achievement(s);
(b) Documentation affirming the ownership of intellectual property;
(c) A release plan detailing the format of the release and attending guests.
(iii) Submission deadline:
a. Leading Technology Achievements: By 12 a.m. on July 2, 2024 BJT
b. Corporate Self-release Achievements: By 12 a.m. on July 31, 2024 BJT
(iv) Schedule
Phase I: Submission of Leading Technology Achievements(May 27, 2024 – July 2, 2024).
Phase II: Review of leading achievements (To be concluded by July 25, 2024). A prestigious panel of global Internet experts will review the submitted achievements and roll out a list of selected achievements.
Determination of Achievement For Corporate Self-release (To be concluded by August 5, 2024): The release team will submit the submitted, collected and recommended Corporate Self-release Achievements to the executive committee for examination and approval.
Phase III: Preparation for release (July 26, 2024 – August 15, 2024). Owners of the selected achievements will be notified to submit the documentation required for the release and to cooperate in on-site release.
Phase IV: Achievement release (During the Big Data Expo). The annual release will feature Leading Technology Achievements and Corporate Self-release Achievements. Leaders of institutions owning the annual Leading Technology Achievements will be invited to attend the conference, with the opportunity to deliver presentations on the site.
